Core Loom Tech
Compliance & Disclosures
Information about our marketing, lead-generation, and outbound communication practices.
Our Role
Core Loom Tech is a digital marketing, technology, and lead-generation company. We provide marketing, technology, lead acquisition, and business automation services to clients.
Certain clients may use outbound calling as part of their customer acquisition or marketing activities. Depending on the campaign, leads may be obtained from third-party lead providers.
Outbound Calling Practices
Where outbound calling is part of a client campaign, calling practices are designed with applicable federal and state telemarketing requirements in mind.
This may include procedures relating to consumer consent, Do Not Call requirements, caller identification, calling hours, internal Do Not Call requests, call records, and other applicable requirements.
Campaign-specific requirements may vary depending on the type of campaign, the consumer, the state involved, the source of the lead, and the technology used.
Do Not Call Requests
Consumers may request not to receive future marketing calls. When a consumer requests that calls stop, the request should be respected and handled according to applicable procedures.
Applicable campaigns may use internal Do Not Call suppression procedures and may also be subject to requirements involving the National Do Not Call Registry.
Consumers who do not wish to receive marketing calls should clearly communicate their request during a call or use the appropriate contact method provided by the caller.
Lead Sources and Consumer Consent
Some marketing campaigns may use leads obtained from third-party lead providers. Lead sources and campaign requirements can differ depending on the campaign.
Where consent is required for a particular communication method, the applicable campaign should maintain appropriate records and use consent consistent with applicable law.
Consent requirements can vary depending on whether communications involve live calls, prerecorded messages, automated technology, text messages, or other communication methods.
Calling Hours
Outbound calling campaigns should be operated within applicable calling-hour restrictions and campaign-specific requirements. Calling times may depend on the location of the consumer and applicable federal or state requirements.
Caller Identification
Where applicable, outbound communications should provide appropriate caller identification information and should not intentionally misrepresent the identity of the caller or the purpose of the communication.
